It's obviously not working bcoz its just d foot soldiers that are still being killed or captured.
Not a single financer of BH has been named, talkless of being captured.
I continue saying it,as long as the top guns are still free and have access to their stolen funds,bh will remain with us.Its not rocket science because these people have excess cash to continue recruiting foot soldiers and getting weapons and accessories they need.
The 2 incentives still keeping BH going are these:
to destabilize or distract the govt enough to either make it redirect its energies or the citizenry to be so disillusioned with the persistence that the govt refocuses from the fight against corruption.The top guns are financing all these.

I feel sorry for that man. He shouldnt be treated that way. The humane thing to do is to arrest him and try him in a court of law. If found guilty, he should be sentenced accordingly. Strapping him this way is inhumane and is an abuse of his constitutional rights. I wish I was there to tell these army officials their approach is wrong and is frowned upon.
