The O has being removed long time ago.During OBJ'S Second term..Polytechnics have long removed the O..Its simply National Diploma they award..You can check and confirm again..

I hope the University you attended is among the best ten in the world? The fact that it is not done in your alma-mater during your University days is not an indication that it can't be done in others.

Like I always say, it might not be good enough sometimes to condemn any action which the constitution does not forbid: if the acclaimed OND graduates are pleased with what they were doing, how does this constitute your headache?

It is high time you start thinking straight.
