Gud Evening Mr Jide, it's been more than than a week now that my monthly data better me subscription on my blackberry expired prematurely, ve called d call center severally and yet no solution has been made. Kindly help do something about it. Thanks

Mtn has been deducting my credit for subscriptions i didn't make. Even after calling customer care over and over, it still keeps happening. Right now 50 was removed again for hadith subscription when i am a christian. This ish is happening to a lot of people . Do something about it now or I burn down all your mast in Nigeria. lipsrsealed

even after I registered my mtn line like 8 times, d latest registration was 4 days ago, after I got an sms to go nd reregister it, I did in Victoria Island, I also registered 2 oda mtn lines, mine ofcos, I received instant messaging in both lines for registering dem again but not on d 3rd line, after 24hrs, I dailed 799, it's still saying I shld gaan register the line...wtf is wrong with mtn?

Hello Mr Jide,

I tried sending Status to 799 as you mentioned but received a response to dial *789# to check my status. However, on dialing the code, I got no response only an error message.

I hope you can escalate this issue to ensure that at least one of the two systems works. It would prevent customers and you guys from a lot of stress.

Now, I don't know if I'm registered or not and I'll have to go join a queue.

Pls I stumbled across one particular post advertising mtn 24 hours unlimited access to the Internet for as low as #100 and #150 respectively but after dialling the code, it tells both my mtn lines that it is not eligible

Codes *567*58# for #100

We need cheap flexible plans from the stables of MTN (which happens to be my favorite network FOR NOW SHA)
Even my favorite whatsapp monthly 60 mb super bundle for shikini #60naira (WAMS) has been stopped as early as Jan dis year
Mtn cheat is everywhere on d net because people are not getting better deals for deir hard earned moni, biko help me make me eligible o(if it is in ur power) or suggest cheap plans for struggling guys like us with passion for android surfing

. 7days has gone now please do something, can't subscribe using any 1k again on MTN line if this should go unattended to where there are other netwerks with stable and better platform for BB subscriptions with much added data.

Mr Jide, please find a solution to my issue since application to check blackberry subscription is very active now......its 9days now that MTN has prematurely terminated my active BIS without me sending expire to 21600 nor asked any agent to assist me with such task.
