GTB Kuto Abeokuta
First bank Sapon
Overall Banking experience in Abeokuta is terrible.. It's like they are not related to their branches in Lagos!

First bank , Gtb is worse big capacity but less employees.

I went to gtbank today to open a student account the staff that attended to me surprisedly told me i should go make a business ID card in any of the road side CAFE. Saying it is preferable to my federal university ID card.

that ID card cost 1500 naira, and it couldnt open a student's savings account??

Efcc should leave polithiefcians for now and start probing banks.

@d bolded, we know u ar in federal university. some people sha, student ID is student ID

Gtbank is very bad another annoying thing was when I registered for BVN with GTbank in Barnawa branch early 2015 then all they could do was restrict my account. It was hell for my business that day. I had to complain before the reactivated it without an apology text or mail.

Ecobank especially the one
by Leventis Round About Kaduna.
The staff are trained to work at snail
speed.
Everything there including their network
is damn too slow.

I also discovered that their frequent
customers are getting slower by the day.

From the comments so far...We seem to be saying that could be any bank in Nigeria right?

Why not we do a survey of your top 3 banks in customer service delivery. It could spur others to sit up.

Mine are
1. GTB
2.Ecobank
3.Access.

What's yours?
Re: In Which Bank Do Customers Waste Time Everyday? (photo) by Xvenus(f): 3:25pm On Mar 09, 2016
GTBANK has rather slow customer service but their tellers are faster and friendlier. They are pretty good with crowd management.

STANBIC IBTC should win an award for the slowest tellers in the banking industry. Their customer service personnel are better than Gtbank

ACCESS completely lost it for.awhile but they are better now. Some of their Tellers sha can be very slow.

ECOBANK. I can never run an account there unless by force. They are not customer friendly and their staff exhibit high handedness that's crazy.

UBA still remains UBA. Not much talk

OTHERS; LIke Firstbank, Zenith, Sterling etc fall within the range of sweetness their bank network allows them..

I disagree. They are swift in responding to customers smiley

Access Bank are swift. My BVN since July last year has not been resolved. My information is on the platform and photograph of someone else on it and yet it has not been resolved. Have you seen the queue and slow response in Access before. Swift ko, Spectranet ni.
