Expired domains are domains that are already out of any registrar and that are free for anybody for registration. Therefore you can find them as a new domains from any Registrar search form. But for you to get some; you can check here for some https://www.name.com/expired_domains.php and https://www.name.com/deleting-domains/. there are many other places as such. However if you want to make more robust search you can go here https://www.expireddomains.net/login/ and you will praise the Almighty God for opening account with them.

Mind you, if you look well among the expired domains, you can find some grail domains for new registrations.

just sold 3 n-n.info domain for $15 each.
i bought them all below reg fee. I have over 32 n-n.info, will be flipping all soon to a buyer.

This is another risky aspect of domain, i am happy it is a success.
