he sacked the man in charge of the ministry that he appointed himself. ...does that ring a bell? Abba Moro was left to run the ministry for years after the Immigration scandal.....this is a no nonsense manband he swung to action straight appointing experts to monitor the ministry.

Now I descry that you are so credulous to assent to buhari's gambit of exculpating himself from the consequences and animadversions of orchestrating a botched budget by solely indicting his subjects as being guilty of malfeasance.

In Nigeria, the Head of State(president) possesses the purview and remittance to prepare the national budget with the auxiliary assistance of the Ministry of Finance or Ministry of Budget and Planning.

Don't be easily deluded by the skulduggery of political partisans.
