One and half hours at the filling station and you call that an improvement. Sometimes we just don't know our right, and it seems like anything above the ground is better.

It is better than the three hours I spent elsewhere last week.(And I meant it as a counter to the idea that people are sleeping at fuel stations. Here in the FCT....it is an average of one-four hours...and already queues are reducing in size.)

And like I have said elsewhere....we have to remove fuel subsidy if we want an instant solution to the problem. Long term ......new refineries.

Let's be frank....the entire fuel supply system in Nigeria is messed up. And it is going to take ages to fix it.

Yes...like it was Buhari's fault that our refineries were not repaired properly, or his fault that NNPC wasnot cleared.

You can blame me for giving excuses.....but the fact of the matter is GEJ handed over our petroleum industry in a mess to APC. And ten months is not going to fix that mess!
Will you just keep quiet and stop talking thrash!....
People are sleeping at filling stations now instead of their homes, which is so ABNORMAL!..... and you're still here blaming the previous administration. I hope you're not part of those "Boffon" APC loyalists oo....Na wa 4 U oo.

The queues at the fuel stations are now too much. People have resorted to sleeping at the petrol stations in a bid to put fuel in their vehicles.

But have they started building any. Is there any policy framework at all to that effect not to talk of planning. They what do you do about the NNPC. What are the plans they have to close it down as a failed institution. How about the PIB. This government is really very slow. Like I said. By 2019 I will be surprised if the resultant changes are anything more than cosmetic. you simply cannot build anything meaningful on a failed template called the Nigerian system.

That's what you get when you allow corrupt old senile men like Obasanjo, Tinubu and Atiku to determine who becomes your president.
The North and the South West are the evil that destroys this country. And they are the first to point accusing fingers against others for simply deciding not to endorse the fraudulent APC.
What does Fashola know about Electricity?

These are men who have one corrupt allegation or the other hanging on their necks, and yet they determine how we live each day.

The only time Nigeria recorded a progress in Electricity supply, was under Barth Nnaji, an Enugu state electrical engineer..

And I am looking out of my window to a couple of stations 200 yards down the highway and almost side by side and both are.....barricaded, shut. Few cars hanging around the gates. Words are indeed cheap. We wanted him to talk. He said the truth. We wanted lies and he gave us lies. Where is the gain in all these.

The state of Texas alone in America has 26 refineries whereas the only 4 a country of 170 million is not even working... May God help us
na God go come down to build refineries? Revolution is key my brother, it's going down in brazil already. Some people need to die in this country before we get the headway. They are like principalities holding Nigeria to randsom. I realised our parents cannot even voice out the truth because most of them are afraid to die at 60. We the youth need to know that our future is dammed already! 55 years of wreckless mismanagement and impotency is equivalent to genocide. We are just existing, waking up everyday to go hussle for leftovers, come back home and sleep repeatedly. A day shows up and you realise you are 36yrs old and still in your fathers house because your own government has taken the right to a good life from you  already!

Yes...so selfless that he did not build the extra refineries we need to end our dependence on imported PMS......

And we had fuel scarcity during his regime.

When last was Nigerian army equipped with fighter jets, helicopters, armoured tanks and ammunition ?

Shey nah buarri do am ? If GEJ should build 14 universities in 5 years, how many did OBJ build ? Okay he should build a refinery under 5 years when under 8 years OBJ built none.

I am happy, you guys are reaping the results of hating on an innocent man.

Smh.

We have always had fuel crisis in one form or the other since 1990....including the 6 years of GEJ's regime.

The solution is simple....remove subsidy and build extra refineries. But that was not done.

Very bereft of ideas. You dont know nothing about business.

Jonathan spent 5 years as president.
