A Chinese couple stopped by at our office weeks back and was smoking. Ignoring the 'No smoking' sign written around the premises. I went to meet him and pointed one of the signs to him. The guy dropped the cigarette and matched it with his shoe immediately.

2. I'm sure you can do it in any country. However what I'm not sure of is what happens to you if you do. He is sure that nothing will happen to him here so he can do it.

Nigeria is a crazy country anyone does what he or she likes. If you do this abroad, you will not only be arrested but also would be fined.
