Equinox Heat Wave Message, a Hoax say experts

http://www.newindianexpress.com/cities/chennai/Equinox-Heat-Wave-Messages-a-Hoax-Relax-Say-Experts/2016/03/23/article3340987.ece

CHENNAI: Social media has been abuzz this week with ominous messages warning against stepping out during peak hours, as there is a heat wave caused by the equinox phenomenon. While experts say this astronomical event, which happens during March and September when the sun crosses the equator, does impact weather, but they rubbish the scare–mongering on social media.

“Please stay indoors, especially from 12pm-3pm daily. This (equinox) can easily cause dehydration and sun stroke. This is due to the sun directly positioned above the equator line,” read the hoax message in part. Officials said the message is misleading and grossly exaggerated

To keep yourself hydrated, why not munch on some watermelon slices. Watermelons contain almost 92% water and are a delicious and nutritious way to stay hydrated on a hot day. Cut and put slices in the fridge or buy some ice block, put bowls of watermelon inside and everyone can take it after lunch (when the day is hottest) as a dessert. Babies from 6 months old can even take watermelon and they love it as a finger food.

I feel as though God is angry.
It is becoming unbearable and I pray each night for Gods mercy.

It has nothing to do with God...our government has never taken global warming into consideration...the high excess of carbon monoxide released into the atmosphere minute by minute is overwhelming

Here we go again; blaming God for your phuck ups. How is the problem in Nigeria God's fault?

Do not help me make conclusions where I did not make any.
Get your point across without quoting me. No point doing that.

Where did I say its God conclusively I am sure you are learned enough to know I did not say it is God.
Yes we do not take global warming seriously and I agree.

On the contrary, you do not have the authority to stop someone from believing whatever he or she wants to believe as long as it is not damaging, criminal and harmful to himself or neighbors. This is a lesson for you.

If I believe and say it is God then pass your own belief about the heat across peacefully.

You did. You said God is angry with Nigerians which a lot if Nigerians say. And tell seun to remove the quote tab from your moniker. Or better still don't make comments so as not to be quoted.

Are you sure I said "God is angry at Nigerians" or I said "I feel as though God is angry".

Have a nice day anyway.

so it will get to a point where someone will just be walking under the sun and just fall down and die because of heat,it's obviously meant for the poor, from the congested face me I face you house,to trekking under the sun to no ac to no light or money for fuel to no refrigerator to get cold water, the poor obviously stands no chance against the heat stroke

This is the time Solar systems performs optimally.

Take advantage of the intense sun energy by installing solar panels on your rooftop and get power for free.

Say good bye to PHCN and generators.
