I think there should be reprisal in this case. I supports pmb but I don't like his posture towards this fulani issue, if reprisals will make him condemn the heardmen or rustlers, then I think that should happen. This is one story too many, although in my clan in south west you can't go there with cattles or goat, it's not allowed, even if for a party, you kill it the day you brought it in, no sleepover, otherwise you meet it dead before day break.
