AD ran for 3 consecutive seasons on Fox Network between 2003-2006.

Netflix acquired the show in 2013, released the 4th season promptly, and scheduled to drop the 5th season later this year.

Fox shopped for buyers after having axe the show in 2006, then, fast-forward to 7 years, Netflix showed an interest, and after some negotiations, acquired the whole package from Fox.

Cuz a lot of critics didn't give it a favorable review. Most of em viewed it as too absurb. Something worth noting tho: HBO did renew the show for the 2nd season, then did a complete about-face later and promptly axed the show. Apparently, according to the statement released shortly after the cancellation, the show's not a top priority and couldn't fit into their general schedule, hence, a necessary sacrifice.

So Lucifer just ended on an above average note.

I would say "with a bang" but seeing that all that should have been part of a normal episode were only featured in the finale, I would still say average.


For Eff Sake, the action scenes were nice, why just the finale. It was nice watching the devil fight alongside Amenadiel. Really nice.

Then with that psycho villain that was testing blades. Very poor character sha.

Lucifer prayed, by the way!
And God answered.
Now I know how to pray.

well i like the story line but the chracters are the one not doing their job well ( i think they are coming up now )

it's like an "eye-opener" to one of my belief
like blaming the devils for all our bad deed, thinking devil is responsible for all our misfortune whereas devil himself is busy looking for a way to see the Good side of God
but whenever good things happen in our life we rejoice ( we forget about the devil )
