At times malicious bug or malware are always responsible for this.
All you need do is to factory reset your itel device and download a good antimalware app like malwareBytes.

Also ensure your default storage location is on SD card.

A friend was able to open it and dry it for her and it still worked until about a week later. I carried the phone to a repairer who tried to repair it but gave up after 5 days of trying to repair it. Please, what can be done to revive this phone; it's too expensive to use as a table mat

Help my Tecno H6 is unmounting my memory card. Anytime I insert my memory card it would work normal for like 15min b4 is unmount, I would have to switched off the phone and On it b4 it would work for another 15 or more . And is overheating sometimes

I guess you re using a non compatible charger and i t has damage your battery cell and the adverse effect may kill your Phone.

Walk into any authorized tecno shop and request for the charger that is compatible with your device and the battery as well
