Both cameras are 8MP. And 2MP.
The 2MP cam of G3 vigor is Whackkk.
I prefer one to the other.

Congratulations on getting the Tecno W4. However, under no circumstance should you compare LG G3 with any, the emphasis is on the word 'ANY' of all tecno phones. To start with, LG G3 doesn't come with an 8MP like you clearly stated. It has a 13MP rear camera with one of the best image processing software in the market. This despite the fact that the phone came out almost 3 years ago. I guess you got a refurbished LG G3 or the one with stylus which is a mid range version of the real LG G3.

Even when you put both amounts of monies in different pockets, the diff is clear . You can liken this analogy to the phones in question.

Do not get it twisted, my G3 remains one of my best devices. Snapdragon processors (quad core), corning gorilla glass...tested and trusted 1GB RAM (going to three years now). These are the things I cannot attest to in the W4. I would choose my G3 over an iphone. I am attached to that phone. But that does not mean that if I see truth as I perceive it, I should not say it.

At 23 thousand naira.
Tecno Mobile did a very fine Job with the W4.
That is my verdict. Period.
