Who are these people saying Zuba and the other places are not Abuja? cheesy

Oga those places are in Abuja o! grin

But those places nor fine so anytime you talk about fine places in Abuja and people call the names of these places you all tend to deny that they are in Abuja.

Gwagwalada, nyanya, karu, Zuba, bwari, kwali, mpape and the other under developed places are in Abuja too.

Not only the fine areas that you claim a city cannot just have only fine towns, there must be some low underdeveloped towns too.

I like your patriotism but I hope they can keep it up. Central Lagos used to be like that but Nigeria is not good in infrastructural upgrades and maintenance.
You are wrong. Central Lagos is improving on a daily basis, and is much better than it was 5 or 10 years ago in terms of infrastructure.

Not every picture is a part of Abuja. The Churchgate glass office structure is in Victoria island just behind Kings College Annexe. I finished from there and I woke up to the site of that building almost every morning for 3 years. Also the earlier picture with beautiful serene residential buildings is a private estate quite close to chevron estate in Lekki. OP pls verify ur data before spreading as info to avoid misleading people.

I saw Abuja (the pride of Nigeria) and it looks decent. Till I saw Luanda and Harare and, I thought I'd be prouder if I were Angolan or Zimbabwean. Then I saw Seychelles, Morocco, Egypt, Tunisia, and South Africa and, I thought there's nothing to be proud of in Abuja, the pride of Nigeria..

Holy moly, when I saw South American, Gulf states, Asian, and Western/European cities - I said, "fvck Abuja, fvck Nigeria - dear God, why art thou forsaken me?". grin

Mediocrity.

You wouldn't say this if Abuja was in the SW. Don't bother responding. You and I know it's true. It's sad that you've been in Europe so long yet still see everything through an ethnic prism.

I actually meant your specific region in Ogun state or wherever, which you always praise to high heavens. Everywhere else in Nigeria you scorn. And you need to visit Delhi and Calcutta to find the 'biggest slum in the world', not Lagos.

Loool.

Clown, I'm from Lagos - real bonafide Lagosian.

Son of the soil and a royalty - not an impostor, a freeloader, and/or a forced refugee. Without us, there would be no Lagos. We put the "L" in Lagos and 80% of the wealth of Lagos belong to us. We own Lagos - all the way from Victoria Island - to Epe. grin

Fvck ya feelings. grin

You're sure going out of your way to claim the 'biggest slum on earth' for yourself. I thought you had really high standards as suggested by your previous posts.

Well, unlike you, I don't shy away from the truth. I know the truth is bitter, but higher minds always accept the truth - so as to be able to look inwards and effect changes. I see Lagos for what it's hence I always campaign for the de-congestion of the city, vehemently argue against siting of unnecessary projects there, and the need to give it a unique identity. Lagos has one of the most beautiful landscapes on the planet but the Nigerian-factor destroyed it. However, whatever I say about the place doesn't change the fact that it's where my pops is from - with so much history tied to it.

As for Abuja, for a city built from ground zero, with trillions of dollars rinsed on it - it's a shame and a colossal waste. It won't even make the top-100 cities in the world. The Nigerian-factor again.

Please spare us your ETHNIC obsessions. I once posted a few ruins from Ijebu region, and you praised them like they were the seventh wonder of the world. You have claimed Ijebu several times on this site. Now you're claiming Lagos.

You're an obtuse clown and a stark illiterate. So in all ya cries about being a student of black history, you're an illiterate when it comes to ya country's history, yet you're the most loquacious bell about pseudo-patriotism. What a clown and a bell! grin

So you don't know Ijebus make up more than a quarter of indigenous Lagosians, no? So you don't know Ikorodu and Victoria Island, all the way to Epe - is the home of waterside Ijebu in Lagos, no? I bet you don't even know that the Eyo Festival, which is like the symbol of Lagos is an Ijebu festival and the Sungbo Eredo which you posted (the thread you're alluding to) is in Epe. What a mug! grin

Even on the Sungbo Eredo thread, I'd allude to Nigeria destroying the greatness of the Ijebus and complained bitterly about how the folks are idiotic for letting something as great as that waste away. So what's the difference between what I said on this thread and this one, you cu.nt?

Anyway, just to educate ya illiterate arse, I'm waterside Ijebu from Lagos. Stupid muthafvcka grasping at straws. grin

There is also church gate in Abuja located in Central Area before NNPC mega filling station. And that's the building. Most all the pictures he pasted are from Central Area.
