Beautiful city!! However,With all the billions of Naira spent, It should have been way better than this and comparable to the likes of cape town, Algiers and even Windhoek. Most of the satellite towns do not have good access roads and other basic amenities. The city is filled with houses that only a few off its citizens can afford. Showing us Transcorp Hilton from different angles hasn't done justice to this... My two cents cool

Thats where about 20% of the abuja populace stay. The rest live in satelite towns that would look sonething like this

There are rich areas and also middle income areas as well as low income areas. The so called low income areas are being developed as we speak. Even Lugbe you should see the development going on there. Places that never really used to be much are now sought after. Places like Life camp that used to be not much to look at are now really developed.

There is also Gwarinpa estate Jabi and Mabushi, Utako and other places that are booming with development, so it is not just Maitama, Asokoro then Gwagwalada......there are MANY areas in between.

Most of those buildings are empty spaces.
If you're in the core of Abuja you'll be impressed

Other parts are as dirty as owerri
