y are we still in PRE-FID stage if actually we were so so ready way back 2008.
again
what's holding the government/project back since the government won't spend a din on the project?

The Nation is missing over $1.6billion since 2008 for not making a supportive decision.
I guess
I'm beginning to miss Obasanjo

I wasn't correcting the obvious omission of a word, bro. I am impressed u didn't take offence. I was only wondering why u said u missed OBJ considering he wasn't outstanding in fixing any of the existing oil and gas bottlenecks that we have had for decades. Also your statement kind of negates the new found optimism the MD has in the new government.

when I consider the number of TRAINs built under OBJ's watch, I kind of feel we should ve been talking about TRAIN 10 insteaf of 7

http://www.google.com.ng/url?q=http://sweetcrudereports.com/2015/08/24/how-obasanjo-ordered-nnpc-to-retain-nlng-dividends-to-fund-new-trains/&sa=U&ved=0ahUKEwia3prVoszMAhWnBsAKHagPCCMQFggUMAA&sig2=CTiLFjehq7EqTsFKGdIisQ&usg=AFQjCNFT4i5aqBvhDcZtQiFcYiXewiPkhA

One thing is to initiate a good framework, another is to have the political will to see it succeed.
In all honesty bro, I by no means don't think my comment negates the new found optimism.
For me, I feel that POST 2007 story of NLNG isn't that encouraging considering TRAIN 1 to TRAIN 6 project execution rate compared to TRAIN 7 ' stories that touch's the heart'
If NLNG must move forward, they must reintroduce THE CATALYST used during Obj regime that made it possible to achieve so much with so little a time, or better still search for more active and better catalyst to speed this TRAIN 7 and subsequent TRAIN REACTION FORWARD.
I strongly believe in the present administration.

I can't but completely agree with your objective argument, bro. You are right we would probably be talking about train 10 now if OBJ had still been in charge. Let's pray the new government would live up to expectations on this regards.

At this point, no one has strength to lam sef not to talk of lampoon. ROTFL

People are too exhausted from the wait.

It just seemed so strange to see Al Kaitung viewing for close to an hour!

Bros, if na you, you nor go ask questions?

Was he trying to imagine the impact of the mail? Or trying to pity some people?

Or holding himself back from saying something he really wanted to say?

Anyways, Yoruba people say A kii ri ewu l'osan. It's unusual to see grey hair on the scalp of a youth.

WOW! a lot has gone down over here. the 'should we bombard them with emails' debacle, to our Bros Forkadict speaking in spiritual realm as usual, to 2016 Budget vs NLNG GT Recruitment. Una doh. Really good to be back.

@Coolio2014, this week is definitely NOT the week. Though we have all seen from Oga Bab's Channels interview that they really want to push the Train 7 as swiftly as possible so people brace up. I had already said it back then, April 2nd that they were not close to concluding then and that we should keep our minds to end of Q2 - well that is what we should still be looking at. I spoke with my MADAME SAUCY last friday, and she mentioned what our baba Forkadict said about the process being well in an advanced stage. She says 'males' definitely (90% chance of happening - her exact percentage) should come next month, with a 10% chance of it happening earlier or later. But they are almost done and dusted. I implore us not to bother them with anybmails yet till perhaps end of june, but I can almost assure you that a week in june will be 'THE WEEK' as she assured me.

As for me though,

1. Blessed is the one who does not walk in step with the wicked or stand in the way that sinners take or sit in the company of mockers, 2. but whose delight is in the law of the LORD, and who meditates on his law day and night. 3. That person is like a tree planted by streams of water, which yields its fruit in season and whose leaf does not wither— whatever they do prospers.

I know I am prosperous already. IJN. Amen!

@ladyF, my sweetheart, thanks for checking. @ItsTime4me & @dane15 , your boy is ever loyal. I had to take a sabbatical as NLNG wan give person better headache.

From my talks with my person, all I can say is that we should just exercise patience. Everything our bosses Kaitung and Forkadict checks out. Nothing has really changed. Q3 is basically sacrosanct (we know they have displayed lots of volatility though), however its not like they are that close to getting back to us, so we might still wait a while before getting the medical 'males'. Keep your mind to end of Q2, or even Q3 sef. If it miraculously happens earlier, then great. If not, we go still dey here dey wait them. There are some big dogs in there clamoring for us to come in asap, whilst some others are just being overly careful. Left the those big dogs, we surely would have resumed by now.

All in all, we shall keep doing what we know how to do best. siddon dey look!

and then, this "MEAT AND TWERK' kwa, pains me that I wont be able to make it. I for see as ladyF wan take wyne that ...............

Good to hear from artmedia...the man that communes directly with oracles grin grin. It feels great to know that this long recruitment is coming to an end. My gut feeling too tells me that by June we shall all know our fates (too bad I dnt hav an oracle to consult cry). I'd suggest we all keep our fingers crossed and wait for that blessed day to arrived.

I said blessed because no matter how it turns out, if all these while we really hoped on God to give us this NLNG then we must accept his holy will IN ALL THINGS. Go through the NLNG thread of 2007 and face this sudden reality that not all the refugees shall enter Nigeria.

I trust God with all my life. I've fought well on this race and I made it this far. That is enough for me. Going further than here is left for the author of my life to decide....afterall he is the one who writes my script...I only play it out.

So fellaz June it is...

It won't be nice for us to just abandon this ship just yet pending the call. We can come up with ways to make the thread more interactive. So we get to know ourselves much better. Whether NLNG or not I see in this thread potential great men and ladies.
