2. Even on the opposite lane, the accident occurred on the opposite lane

3. He was on such a top speed that he could not swerve his hand to avoid head on collision, drivers tends to avoid head on collision by swerving d vehicle at least to save their own life, but he could not do that because of high speed

From the very first picture I saw I knew it was the fault of the bus driver.

Anyone that thought otherwise should reconsider their analytical skills.

This shows your limited depth of knowledge in case studies. I understand that you're underexposed since you are in Nigeria, but please don't argue points that you are not educated on.

Driver: Clearly at fault by eye witness account. You are just too dense to read properly, or maybe you read but you are not capable of processing what you read.

Government: Not culpable, the road in the picture is perfect.

Company: Very culpable, they have a record of these accidents on Nigerian road. If you read to assimilate then you'll know this already, but you're a lazy assumptionist.

Manufacturer: The vehicle is definitely poorly made and unsafe. Previously, a Senator was trying to float a bill to completely ban them in the previous regime. Stay up with national news.

The lorry driver has no responsibility to veer off the road. I wouldn't and I never do, by training.

So the truck veers off or slams on his brake and impacts a third party vehicle. Now we'll be blaming the lorry driver for reckless driving.

What am saying is that, since is obvious they all sharing the same lane, carefulness must be abdupted, reduce your speeds, be at alert. I will not risk my life because someone is careless. I will rather slow down, wheel half off the road just to make space for him to pass not veering off. What causes car veerng off the road is when u tried to wheel off on top speed(centrivugal force) or so will now visit.i
