Humanshado,

You can get your employment reference letter from your supervisor. Don't beat yourself too much over it.
You will be fine with it as long as it is genuine.

British council certifies document at N1000 for five documents and N1500 for more than five documents. I used them cos they are renowned and certification from them seems more authentic with one very correct stamp and special signatories. You may want to give whichever location of British council you wanna use a call for headsup or to know if the designated signatory will be available on your proposed day of visit. Did mine in ABJ

@puyolokoye to start with do your medicals get your no on immiaccount thereafter you notarize all your documents including the medical receipt and referral letter.

Fill your visa form correctly and submit at the teleperformance office, including all the notarise documents, cv and correct SOP.
it is always better you front load your medicals it makes your visa processing time faster.

I don't know about notarizations. Notarization should be with a notary public or lawyers. I think it's different from document certification which British council does. However, for the purposes of visa application you only need to certify copies of certain original documents as stated in the visa checklist

Re: General Australian student Visa Enquiries Part 2 by aceBlazer: 2:18am On May 27, 2016
As far as I know, for your visa application you need only submit certified copies of documents not notarized copies. Notarizations are actually way more expensive and totally unnecessary. Also you need not certify your referral letter or medical receipt. Just include the medical receipt in your application and keep a copy for yourself if you so wish. Btw the medical receipt is the printout you are given for your visa application after the medical. What you need to certify are listed on some checklist ... Documents like int passport, certificates, birth certificates, transcripts. For goodness sake no one needs you to certify your resume/cv or SOP. If you have excess energy better save them for the plenty hustles when you get to Aussie. All these stuffs have bn said here severally. Just track back a little for confirmation!

Hello all

I was wondering if anyone IN AUSTRALIA has currently used a Naira MasterCard , and if it worked? if yes, what was the rate charged?

I haven't been able to get USD from the bank and I am travelling very soon. the black market rate :owhen i enquired today was 345 to USD, I was thinking to just come over with my naira Mastercard, like 200USD, spreading my risk ,using 3 Naira mastercards (GTB,SKYE and ECObank)

Alternatively I was thinking of doing a money gram or western union transfer to myself and pick up at Australia, was at ecobank yesterday , they said they were waiting for the rate for the new month, anyone in same boat? anyone done MG or WU transfer recently to Australia, what was the rate please?

seniors in the house, please advise.

I think in addition to your statement of result you'd also be needing your transcripts... Very important!

I need a quick answer please , my school Edith Cowan is under svp and they're yet to ask for statement of results and have already paid for Sch fee , will I be submitting the statement of results and the embassy later ? Thanks in advance
