Open the passport with paint application, click CONTROL
W on your keyboard, you will see option of resize by
percentage or pixel, click on pixel, change the number in
horizontal to 132, vertical to 170, click ok and save the new
size, you are good to go.
N*B: If the box is not allowing you to input the number,
untick the box that have *maintain aspect ratio*, input the
132 and 170 then save.

The federal government is silent about that, but I think your address will be the determinant of where you could be posted.

Does the selection will be based on the person state of origin, like that police execise?

What abt those without NYSC number,like RN and NCE that didn't serve?

Yes,a serving corp member can apply, or are u employed? Just input ur call up number.

This isn't nysc when you're poster just anywhere.

Use the address of where you will be staying at Anambra

Be patient please, traffic to portal is huge at the moment.

It's normal to experience hitches when traffic to a website is too much.

Suggestion:
Keep trying or try late in the night, or when you think people must have gone to bed

Already the URL of npower is already ranking 1083 in Nigeria less than 24 hours it opened for registration.

That's to tell you the huge traffic.

Take your time, relax and try later

I am Not Against N-Power but God forbid. I will never apply for this programme after my NYSC. As i dey finish God will favour me in this same country. AMEN

Some things are better handled by the concerned person himself.
