Can 1 substitute statement of result in place of the degree certificate?

I got an error msg at d last stage of mine after several trial. It reads ur bvn and email is already bin used by anoda person and somtyn abt a doc I upload. But to my surprise I still got a msg on ma email confirming my reg is successful. Do I nid to b worried?

if u hv only OND witout nysc certificate, u dont hv to worry cuz d nysc certificate & call up no is not a required feed.... u can do witout filling it.. jst leave it blank......
den if u facin pasport upload problem, resize ur passport using paint edit picture app on any Computer ..make sure is less dan 2mb ....den u wil b sucessful in ur reg.

i tried to register, when i got to the submit stage, i couldnt proceed. so i had to start all over. after putting all my details they say the phone no, bvn and email has already been used by another person. who else is having this same problem? PLS HELP!!

I don't know much about NCE, do NCE holders go for NYSC, if not i doubt it's enough qualification. As for ND I doubt, one would need to have HND, and must have completed NYSC. Maybe people with more knowledge on the program can enlighten you more.

Make sure they are within the file size limit (below 2MB each), and in any of the permissible file formats.

Open the passport with paint application, click CONTROL
W on your keyboard, you will see option of resize by
percentage or pixel, click on pixel, change the number in
horizontal to 132, vertical to 170, click ok and save the new
size, you are good to go.
N*B: If the box is not allowing you to input the number,
untick the box that have *maintain aspect ratio*, input the
132 and 170 then save.
