I personally did restitution and am still doing some, i cheated in my exams before graduation and i wrote off school because i thought I'd be expelled after the restitution and i started taking everything lightly not being serious with school any longer but i never cheated further in exams, lo and behold when i did the restitution with my HOD i got much love from him and became a son who he helped in other areas, so if your repentance is genuine, restitution is like a drop of water to do because as at that time you have heaven in view and not mind what will be lost.

His point is clear my friend. The isrealites were not christians. Russians are people who are from russia, Nigerians are people who are from Nigeria. Christians are people who are in Christ Jesus, even though several christians wrongly call themselves one.
The Bible says: "If any man be in Christ, he is a new Creature. Old things have passed away, behold all have become new".

Those genuinely in Christ are christians. They want to be like Christ. So if someone kills in the name of Christ, we can judge him through christs commandments.
