Nigerians with bole-kaja approach, while solving refinery problem that will become operational in 2018, by that time another gigantic problem with creep up and the cycle continues.Be proactive and plan well ahead.

Wake up dude, Singapore has the biggest refinery in the world but imports crude oil to refine. You think Dangote will be coming to take your oyel for free? For your info, he will go to the market to buy crude at prevailing market price!
