When I placed on bed rest after a 'spotting' incident, my mum adviced me to use my small kitchen stool (apoti) to sit down in the bathroom while having my bath, after having my bath I sit on d bed to dress up. Those were d only 2 situation when I had to stand up, asides that, na Bed and lying down get me all thru...

the ministry is going strong ooo, I feel so uncomfortable now eh, to stand up is war .. Hubby keeps telling baby to come out and let me rest... my stomach is now down that I have to raise it a bit to apply powder there .. and also I feel little contractions sometimes.
Can u relate to these...

@ Fortius, that's how Saturday's are sha... I went to the market yesterday and bought the things I need today, so it made things easier, all I did was just to cook at my convenient time.

If your PCV is low as in 28% and below, then you may need iron tabs. The thing is just cos your PCV is 35% today doesnt mean by next month it wont be 25%.
Iron tabs also cause headaches esp when your pcv is in normal range. It will only make your blood more concentrated and this will create pressure in your vessels. My SiL was actually pulled off her iron tabs when she kept having these headaches and she got better.
My husband always donates blood like twice a year cos his pcv is off the roof and give him headaches and joint pains too. After his blood donations, he testifies to feeling better.

Again I say it, always work with your Dr.
There is no favoritism here, if we are particularly closer to someone, it is because we have known the person/about the person for a while or because the person sought us out.
You will be excluded only if you feel excluded.
You will be one of us only if you feel like one of us.

My aunt who was placed on strict bed rest walks gently and slowly and doesn't stand for long. She takes her bath while sitting. Infact she does everything gently

June is moving like a snail , have been counting the remaining days repeatedly.

For exclusive BF for twins, it's very possible. It depends on some factors tho such as your nature of job, if you have enough assistance and for a considerable long time too and your own inner strength. ... My Aunty neighbour used a breast pump sha...so anybody could feed them.

Present my able captain, we are 19 weeks plus but scan is showing 21 weeks apparently baby is growing bigger than his age. Yes we are team blue FiyinfunJah(Give praise to Jehovah) is a boy.
I don't really feel his kicks because the placenta is in anterior position.
In all it that been a wonderful and stress-free journey so far, we give praise to Jehovah.
May Jehovah continue to be with us all and make the journey even more easier for us.

Hello good evening to my E-family. It's been a while. Thanks Liftedhands for the mention. My head don swell say someborri sabi say I absent. Na baby and home things jare, e no easy.

Wish Baby March a Happy 3months. hmmm 3months of sleepless nights, 3months of exclusive breastfeeding, 3months of my motherhood... it's just 3months but seems like 3years. 3months down, forever to go.

So I am still bleeding, some days I am free others its hell. Glad to know m not alone…. cry
