Can you believe this nonsense , Anyone who even bothers to read the basis of this case would know the Senate leadership has engaged in a most dubious illegal act of forgery and their answer to it is well it has always been done that way by “elite Senate members“ who have otherwise remained unnamed.

The only thing that surprised me is that only four individuals have been docked because I'm sure the likes of David Mark, Akpabio , Goje must be aware of how the forgery took place. I doubt only Ekweremadu , Saraki and the Clerks knew about this.

Bro they know that there is no logical way to escape this one, that document was clearly altered in a manner that is illegal. The standing order 2011 call for the vote of all senators “all elected senators will vote” in order to make ammendments to the standing order , however these guys altered the document so they can cast anonymous votes to “all senators may vote”; this allowed them to sidestep the progressive senators who went to the national convention centre that morning.

If I was the AGF I would have held all Senate leaders including majority and minority leaders culpable in this,what was David Mark doing while this illegality took place.

The only answer Saraki and Ekweremadu have been able to give in their defence is “the standing order has always been amended by select high ranking senators irespective of what the law dictates” eseenially they are saying well the law has always been broken so we willfully broke it too
