When that is done, you will write an application letter to that effect with a genuine reason, (mostly favours married women) which your principal must sign and stamp on it (this is to indicate whether you're a staff) before submitting it in the board. You also have to monitor its movement in the board from office to office so that it wont just be lying fallow in an office. The Chairman would later sign on it after the approval by the Director of Supervision and later returned to the Secretary 4 typing and registering of the letter Tagged "STAFF MOVEMENT 2016/2017" b4 Collectn. NOTE: The process might have changed. This is the only clean method I know as there might be other means in this new dispensation

My Principal told us that she receive a particular form for all the teachers in our school but she left it at home that we should be all present in skul tomorrow so that we can fill the form and submit at once. we were trying to know what the form is all about but she was unable to explain it ,she only ask us to go to board and and get our file number. so I think maybe the form required file number

This is quite appalling. How do they want us to cope? They worst of it all is that we don't a voice that speaks for the plights of teachers in Rivers state.

yes, even if u did nt hv it, no need to bother urself they would paste it there at d biometric gate according to schools and names of d schools staves (staff plural) so do nt bother urself about that at all. I did mine yesterday. Ikwerre PPSB.

Etche UBE has too days, Monday n Tuesday. i think ur HM or principal by now has gotten d list containing d serial number. but if u have tp u can go to d biometric venue to check also cos d names will be pasted dia u will be called in serially.

I tot it's first come first serve basis? do u mean if I arrive the venue early and my serial number is far I have to wait for people whose serial numbers are before mine to come first before I will be called in?

Just go to the biometrics centre and zero your mind to spend the entire day there. What is more important is that you finish the exercise and not how long it takes you.

why am asking is that I have a colleague that is running a programme and her exam date correspond with the biometrics day she is trying to go very early and do the biometrics and proceed to her exam but our school serial number is towards the last that's why am asking.
