Samsung r220 popularly called blue face or true blue in Nigeria. I remember boarding a danfo at night, a day or two after this phone was released in Nigeria. This phone rang and the owner brought it out from his pocket. Immediately, the face of everyone in the bus turned blue...Blue light filled everywhere and the guy was feeling cool. cheesy
Samsung x140
Samsun t100
Samsung d710
Wow! This was my father's first phone the day GSM & mtn was brought into akure. I still remember vividly that was the year 2003. I was in primary 5 then. smiley
The blue light in the screen was so bright, the whole family was just starring at it.

I find am tire too o. No samsung tru i. Samsung. Free i too. Those scams.

I remember is it polyphonic ring tone?

Or Sagem X5 that allows us to record our favourite songs and we use as ring tones grin

What of Motorola L6 and L7 the non flip version of V3 and v3i.

This tabs and phones this days cant beat music from some of those phone speakers then.

Nokia N97 nko, N90. All those phones almost 100k then.

Things don change. Sha.

this took me back... wow.. i remember my first phone, Nokia and my first smartphone 3650 you didnt mention the ubiquitous samsung a800
i used phones in this order
Nokia 3210
Nokia 3310
Nokia 2100
Samsung A800
Nokia 3650 I remember browsing the same week MTN launched internet with this device it felt wonderful, the internet in my palm, although it was in CSD (circuit switched Data) which was more expensive than browsing over gprs, mtn charged per time not per data...
Nokia 6600
Nokia 3230 almost considered the 3250 with the rotating music keys base, but learnt about the low ram and ditched it.
Nokia N70.... i remember playing tomb raider on this, it was a full port of tomb raider from PS 1
Nokia N73 3.2 MP camera, nothing compared to it on the market, i loved the dual speakers... this is where HTC copied the dual speakers from...
Nokia N95 first 5mp camera with carl zeiss lens with dual sliding mechanism, first 3d hardware graphics chip in a phone...
Nokia N97
N8 first amoled screen i used, the blacks were deep, first xenon flash with a very fast aperture, when i took pic of a high speed fan in motin it comes out motionless... truly awesome
after this, nokia announced there were going with windows... i jejely moved over to the green bot
HTC Desire HD monstrous 4.3 inch screen for its time, rooted with S-Off (only HTC users would know what S-Off is LOL)
Nexus 7 tablet
Samsung S4
LG G3 used a few small nokias in between as secondary devices...

Op where are my beloved Nokia's first generation touchscreen phones?

5800 XpressMusic - the first phone with 8gig memory card?

I was a Nokia freak, used 90% of Nokia's Smartphones. Back then in school, I always introduced the latest smartphone.

Wow I used this in 2005

Nokia had good technology then until iPhone came because they refused to evolve.

This phone should be of good value now that we've got easy assess to data.

Or what do you think?

Yes it will be of good now even though when l used it l was using Etisalat data plan that was N1,000 monthly and it served me well. I am now a lappy person coupled with the fact that here in Kenya Airtel is the MVP that even with 0MB on their unliminet package one gets to Skype, watch Youtube videos etc at no extra cost! cheesy

But where is the long NEC phone the one that looks like a huge remote control ...also where is Sony Ericcson K750i that phone warn several awards... I am forced to say the trend changed from Sony Ericcson. They made crazy phones with WOW features.. The sounds nko? Na die!

I will never forget my great friend then in secondary school, he gave the first and only free phone then Samsung blue face but unfortunately my mum told me to return it back, despite that it was genuinely bought to him by his brother.
