@kotias003 and britneystacy, thanks for checking on me. I'm good to go, bag is packed and waiting for labour to set in. I'm 39 weeks + 2 days today. I kpekus today and also had a long walk, I just can't wait to have my baby, its been BH all the way.

Good day mamas. Abeg make una help me torchlight this my matter. I went for ANC today and my doc has booked me for CS on thursday ( I will be 41weeks). I am seriously praying that I go into labour before Thursday cos I want to try for a VBAC. I can't be induced cos of a failed induction during my first which led to my first CS. I am keeping an open mind but the thing is that my mum is not too strong health wise at the moment and I have a 3year old son plus my husband to tend to and I don't have any help. I don't know what to do cos I was hoping they would let labour come on its but my doctor was saying she can't take any chances. I called my mum to let her know but she said I should hold on and not report at the hospital yet cos anything can still happen ( might fall into labour) I have been taking walks, kpekused, eaten pineapple from 37wks but still no show. Please forgive my ranting and plenty talk. I am just feeling a bit discouraged. Anyone that has been through this should please advise me. cc : zaynie , liftedhands , Fortius , tchiwinnie , soonest , all Sabi mamas. TIA

Cappo sugah to God be the glory our babies are here.
Three handsome and healthy boys made their appearance early today via planned Cs at 35-1weeks. It was a stretch! a risky one but my sister was determined to keep her babies in for as long as possible to enable them gain much weight and mature, even though the room in there was becoming too cramped for them.

She has been on admission for the past 4weeks for monitoring! Both mum and babies are doing great, they are in the nicu for observation and maturity cos their lungs wasn't fully developed. Otherwise all is fine and we thank God for His mercies

They are first babies for my sister.

Grandchildren 23,24 and 25.

Our first set of triplets.

Multiples number 6! We have 5 twins sets in the family already! We are blessed and we know it cool

Thanks @ Fortius. Amniotic fluid is OK and there is no infection that's why I want to still hold on. I pray my baby makes her entrance soon. Thanks once again.

Janix, yes you can get infection from standing over the toilet seat cos when you wee the urine splashing creates some air pockets that are able to float up and land on you.
What I do is lay a lot of tissue over the water so no splashing. Same thing when I need to poo, no accidental splash angry

Fearless, babe you will be fine.
I also had vbac but I don't think I did anything special to make baby come at exactly 40W0D.
Have you tried talking to your baby? I spoke to mine the night before labour and without ever walking for more than 5 minutes or eating a slice of pineapple, she came.
If nothing works, just sign up for your CS.
It doesn't make you less of a mother, choose your healthy alive baby over your plan.

You no for stop ooo.....your initial body reaction to it is the shaky legs....just like when you cycle if you haven't done so I'm a long while, you wil feel pains at your knees and joints but once you continue, all of that will disappear. ...
Mbok, how do I give them good support O ooo cos once am home, I toss my bra very far from me ?

Madam Kotias003! Dabinos do not look un hygienic because Northerners sell them! I am sure u understand that the ones that are hawked have been exposed to the elements like all other things sold like that too i.e grapes, plums etc and not because 'Northerners sell them'.

If you check, you will see that there are packaged dates that are sold in the supermarkets, which have not been exposed to these elements. It's common analysis!

Mamas pls , I need words of encouragement, soul lifting. As I am totally broken down now. Just find out d sex of LO as BG no 2 and DH has bin making hell out of me , he actually want a Boy but am not God.... he never supportme with d pregrancyfrom d day 1, he said d only tin dat will make him support me with d pregrancy is if d baby is a boy. Now it turned out dat it's a Girl, guess am gonna be responsible for my girls.

Pls just pray for me Grace to win the battle. ND Grace to carry on.
