Locate your state in this December 2015 domestic debt chart from the Debt Management Office. At N320B, Delta state has the highest and I wonder if their government built highways and high speed trains to heaven with that kind of money. Now you can see why many states can not pay workers salaries. Latest report show that only Anambra and Lagos states pay salaries as and when due.
