What about federal govt? Did you see the FG presence too? cheesy

Everything in your life revolves around party politics. The day PDP/APC cease to exist, you might be forced to end it all as your existence is predicated on their survival.

Yes, if you ask me, I'll say Badagry is not treated as a part of Lagos and I am a badagrian so I know what I am saying. Federal presence is felt in Badagry if you don't know more than state presence. Lagos state has systematically and intentionally been marginalising Badagry since 1999 but it's a big surprise to now see a strange love for the town since the fg proposed the deep sea port about 4 years ago and now the oil exploration.
Time will tell but I must commend this present administration under Ambode, he is really trying

Oga grow up... lagosians are concerned about securing lagos.

Oh I forgot...they didn't care as long as dollars entered their pockets.

Keep blaming others for your greed and ignorance

These are the same Yoruba people who joined their masters to killed PIB because it will benefit oil producing communities in Niger Delta. Now oil has been discovered in their domain and they are jittery. God please let the maltreatment, killings, destructions and oppressions they meted on us befall any community in Nigeria where oil is found.

NLers with ignorance x100000.....

Please analyse how PIB was killed because it will "benefit" the oil producing community - I hope you will do so with section of any of the 3 draft versions of the PIB and not what was discussed in a beer parlour

FYI, I stopped engaging sycophants since Dec., 2015.

However, let me help your ministry.

Take a deep check on my profile history and see why am continuously opposing Tinubu's dynasty in Lagos, imposition of stooge. Check back history and see what we complained about from that part of the state. Imposing a candidate and not allowing the citizen choose who lead them.

http://www.nigerianbestforum.com/blog/fresh-tension-protests-over-lagos-acn-primaries/

If LG has autonomy, then we can achieve meaningful development, as nothing good can come from impose candidate, more so at LG level.

I know you can't understand.

Sorry!

Cc: Gunuvi.

You're less than a sycophant.... You're simply a tool in the hands of thieves. Yoruba land is bigger than Tinubu and I expect a true omoluabi to know that. Was bode George not trying to impose jimi agbaje on Lagos too? Were you not running amok on NL in support?

Hate Tinubu all you want. In fact, fvck him if you wish but learn to separate the homeland from your useless and senseless political leanings.

Gunuvi talked with so much sense in his reply to me. Sense that you can't muster even if you tried.

Can you mention the name of one lawmaker from the SW that spoke against PIB? Is it our fault that you have spineless and useless leaders dotting your erosion ravaged enclave? Did Tinubu stop them from fighting for you?

You had 5 senate presidents in 4 years, deputy senate president for 10 years, none of them had enough sense to legislate for your well being yet your brain readily came up with the Yoruba as the cause?

Anyway, the oil in lagos was discovered by a company fully owned by an omoluabi with name Yinka Folawiyo and no Yoruba will blow up his pipelines.

Any avenger that stops bombing pipelines in the Niger Delta will be cursed by shuku okuko bambiala.
pls can you mention one FG project in Niger Delta after 53 years of exploration ?

To be honest, Ambode is trying. Fashola is a con-man, his only interest of coming to BADAGRY during his tenor was his housing estates.

However, oilyel is now bringing them more closer... I see Tinubu relocating soon to the area. grin

GEJ was there for 5 years as president and 3 as VP. Did anybody stop him from doing anything? Did anybody stop him from pushing the PIB that OBJ even started? What happened to all the funds managed by Niger Deltans in the NDDC created by OBJ?

Diezani and President Jonathan killed the PIB by illegal insertions . . . straight from the Dr. who lives in Canada, who was largely responsible for putting the bill together. He is presently reworking the PIB I heard.

I'm very Ok with the salient points raised by our lawmakers especially coming from Hon David Setonji and Hon Victor Akande who are both from Badagry. That shows they have us at heart. They should enforce most of the Workers are from Lagos State especially from Badagry.
Additionally, Lagos is damn rich and doesn't even need that 13% derivation. Why not just let us have the full control of the money for development of our environment.
Make I go dust my C.V and go back home then since home is gonna be sweet now.
God bless Lagos State!
God bless Our Lawmakers!!
God Bless Badagary!!!
the oil industry in d niger delta is dominated by Yoruba ppl and hausa/fulani muslims but you have already started gearing for exclusive rights to jobs in d oil found in d south west.
D oil in d niger delta is national assets and that is why all of U are condemning d avengers when they bomb pipelines while d one in lagos belongs to d south west.
Never seen a more hypocritical ppl than U ppl.

You guys are learners. ND legislators and activists have campaigned for the same thing as Lagos Assembly, but you see these devilish oil companies? Wait till they start bribing your leaders so they can have their way (divide and rule) is their forte. Soon you will see noble intentions buried, and agitators framed, assassinated or eliminated. Unless you and your leaders shun greed aggressively, the ND experience is inevitable, as it benefits SOME PIPU

Kudos to you all.

But there is a different between planing n implementation, what if we plan now n at the end nothing being done. Is it that government do nothing in Niger Delta or there people siphon the money into their pocket?

We have to be wise, especially my people in Yoruba once small change enter their pocket n you buy them luxury car, they will forget others not knowing that they are eating theirs children futures.

Let attention be pay to human development, infrastructural development n environmental development of the whole Lagos.

Don't take the word"Yoruba" personal, pls.
Let hit the nail on the head to avoid past mistakes.

Great Nigeria, One Love.
