I thought it wise to share with fellow Upworkers in the spirit of oneness! Since some of us have had the privileged to be awarded a Rising Talent Badge. So I just opened a skrill account. Reading through their terms and conditions, I came upon an interesting clause.

Cummulative overall transactions before verification needed = $2787.25

i.e. I can only receive and withdraw $1393.625 before I need verification.

It doesn't matter, I don't believe Skrill shares anything with Upwork beyond the email. If one has multiple Upwork accounts though, multiple Skrill accounts will be necessary too since the emails must match.
