It's not a scam, but a volunteer group that's about to start, I was at the 1st orientation in Orile Agege local govt. Then there agenda is not so outlined, maybe they now have good agenda. Search for Lagos State community youth volunteers on Nairaland or LSCYV, I belief you will see better info.

We thought we won't be called n lost hope since the screening for Edu Officer had been done but saw the message when we were in Benin around 4pm on 29 Aug.... We had to leave same day to get to Lagos for the screening/Interview...the next day....
