Hello, am currently using itel it1503 and I've got some questions
1. Is there any update for it?
2. Is there any universal high mah alternative battery available for it maybe 2500mah to 3000 mah?
3. How much would a spare battery cost?
4. How do one fix excessive battery drain on the device even with the power save mode on?
I just bought a spare battery today.. 2200mah for 2k

Re: Itel Mobile Nigeria Official Nairaland Thread by jaiyejina(m): 5:31pm On Sep 10, 2016
Itel mobile I'm glad u have a thread for customer feedback, it shows a sense of intended improvement in quality of service . with that stated these are the improvements we expect from you :

-more premium builds: this is the main factor your products were not accepted by Nigerians for a very long time.
- A more premium UI ( user interface): please follow the steps of striving companies and have ur own specialised UI that will look simple and premium.
-improved battery Optimisation : it's not about making a phone with 20,000mah, but having a phone that can optimise the little 2600mah battery to last very long ( Samsung and Apple understand this).
- improved processors: get us some premium processors, and graphics processing unit for game lovers. You might want to consider giving us the first snapdragon powered device before December, it would boost your pedigree. Something some companies I don't wanna mention can't do. ( I believe starting with snapdragon 200 and 210 won't be bad and also mediatek mt6753)
- pay developers to create custom roms and recoveries for your device with that you won't be bothering about OTA. Trust me a lot of people buy phones if they know custom roms are available or will be in the near future, in a nut shell get developers support.

N:b : I like the fact that your phone accessories are readily available ,keep it up.
