The case here is simple. Ale is not interested in protecting any account credibility or business name . He has told the guy to do his worst. In fact ,all ppl have been saying about this so called mitm isn't even relevant here ,because ale himself hasn't said anything ,so how come ppl are the ones talking for him This sort of thing will only embolden others to behave on such a manner next time. The PayPal email that the seller sent the funds to is the issue here and I the PayPal email owner feels he owes nobody any explanation then it is ok for the seller to take the case to any length with the PayPal email owner. Even big multinational companies that deals with billions of dollars swiftly issue out statements within hrs to defend and protect their name when accused of something. So please lets stop bringing up a cover story for ale until he states precisely what happened.
