Bottom line is that tab is a luxury from her past that she cannot afford to keep IF it was in better shape I will strongly advise her to sell it. Cheaper phones are available to browse the net. Moreover she wants to commit suicide any change she gets from it may keep her alive till help arrives.

I don't offer help to people that live above their income. A tab consumes more data than a regular internet enabled phone! So she needs to cut her expenses.
