When a man cheats, he does so mostly for pleasure and since he isn't forcing himself on the other woman, we'd agree the pleasure derived is mutual.

On the contrary, when a woman cheats, she's using the man as a rebound and hoping to benefit in ways she can't/wouldn't reciprocate - financial favours.
