Testimony time!!!
See me that used to pump and sweat for hours to get 100ml of milk total from both boobies. I take pap so tey I turn orobo! I took fenugreek (finished one pack of 180capsules..3caps 3 times daily) I drink lots of water. Suddenly my production has improved and attached pix was what I just got from a 45mins pumping session.

N.b. my medela power cord got burnt so I had to buy a temporary pump(kinyo). I think the new pump is also a factor.

The 2 right bottles came from the right boobies while the left came from left.

Yes you can. It does not interfere wit ur pregnancy at all. God is really awesome! Wen I ws preggy and breastfeeding, my breasts were neva engorged. Once I gave birth and baby started sucking, I felt that 'fullness' of breast.

There are varieties of good formulas, just choose according to your pocket and what baby likes.

Can pap cause cough?

After we returned from the hospital, my baby refused collecting pap and any other cerelac except cerelac 3 cereal.(oat,wheat and rice). I was told to allow him recover fully. Last month alone(November) , I bought 13 cans of cerelac and 2 my boy formula.

Yesterday, I decided to resume pap by fire by force. He collects it with cry but I don't mind o. And so I noticed he started coughing yesterday, Nanny at creche said maybe it's the pap.

How true is it?

When we returned from the hospital, his weigh was 6.3kg, the following week, he weighed 6.9kg. I was happy. And piam, the following week after, the pooping resumed again and in just 2 days he reduced to 6kg.

I didn't go to my hospital again, (make them no use bill wound us) straight to General. We ran test again, the infection was still there. He is fine now. I thank God.

Never heard of pap causing cough. Was there groundnut in the pap, that may cause cough. Seems weird.

Yes o. But I stopped taking the pap and stuck with fenugreek and plenty fluid and pumped more than once a day.

From my Experience, not all green poo indicates an infection it may be because of the food composition.
Just check yourself, if you are doing everything right and no temperature or discomfort from the child then you are good to go.

For mother's that want to start feeding, if you are in portharcouth pls PM me for more assistance and guideline.
