I'm not an expert here but I don't think you've answered that question correctly.

When asked what has changed since your last application or in your last application, it simply means if you have had life-changing situations. Simply put, what have you been up to that's different from what you told us earlier. It's either you've earned a new degree, changed jobs, got married etc. Those should be your appropriate answers.

Often times, applicants are quick to reapply after first, second denial but it's advisable to give enough time between your applications. Engage in other things that will help your application such that you'll be able to answer the 'dreaded' question of what has changed since your last application. And remember to be truthful always.

420 ke .....which year .lol
someone mentioned 480 range recently ... the naira something else now sad

also this site is always a good guide http://abokifx.com

That is the price of our fellow members/people here and its outrageous as for my own opinion and i didn't see a reason why our fellow member/people here can't do it below that even WU didn't charge up to 400 to send down to Nigeria.. Anyway it's business opportunity

One of those that you wish that you could give a good hard slap to wake them up!
Most people wish to listen and learn so can be helped.
A few seem to become hopeless cases. grin

Does the consular collect passport photograph himself?? I don't think so...
In abuja consulate you submit your passport photograph at the first screening point b4 u proceed for thumb printing...Consular does not collect passport photograph, he only collects your international passport if visa is approved

before they attached or stapled it with ds160 and collected it but now things have changed

Good afternoon guys. I was at Gtbank this afternoon and i asked about their Visa card and the man that attended to me said no visa card, also asked if i can use my master card in the US to receive money in dollars and the man said for now CBN has cancelled Visa card and Master Card to be used in the U.S except if i have a domiciliary account here in Nigeria and the card, thats d only way i'll be able to get money from Nigeria. Should i just open a domiciliary account with them?

PART 2 (same school)

I applied for a 2yrs certificate program (5semester) in Lamar institute of technology (LIT).

I have been accepted to LIT but was told to contact international student service of Lamar university (LU) to continue the procesd to get i20 form though I sent my toefl thru LU to LIT as directed but my transcript from WES was to LIT directly

International student service of LU sent me a mail that congratulation you been accepted LU .You are submit passport page n financial statement

Now the issue the financial form sent to me States that graduate $27kplus and undergraduate/associate degree $30k

I'm going for a certificate course offered by LITand not a degree or associate

My semester course is less than 10 credit unit @ $470 per credit tuition fees...a semester is approximately $5k...books is $300 for LIT.
