He was given yellow card because he removed his t-shirt, it's not about the proposal!
Removing your t-shirt during a football march is not allowed, it is against football rules, except in the case of injury when a doctor needs to temporally remove the t-shirt to treat you.
You can't Bleep with your game because you want to propose. He should have done it as soon as the game ended or during halftime break.
