The real news in that letter is that, a dollar was exchanged for #50 in 1994. As at the closing market rate today, it was exchanged for #495. Can you imagine the exponential rate of depreciation that has happened to our currency in 23 yrs? If anybody ask if Nigeria has been developing in the last 30 yrs , just tell them about the exchange rate.it says it all.

When you compare then to this present darkness in Nigeria.......I pity those that were but in this millennium, life was kinda okay then,soft drink that was 10 naira is 120 naira now and person go tell me make that man no come back infact osibanjo is the President.

bros calm down the last time we had fuel scarcity was in may 2016. First time in decades Nigerians did not queue for fuel on Christmas. I give the present government an A for that, my issue now is the allegation that there is fraud in petrol pricing. I think this is the kind of news the media houses should hammer without resting but no all we hear is how Jonathan paid a courtesy visit to Obj, tonto having marital issue. God save us
