Who can please explain to me why 8k was deducted from my salary , 4k was deducted in my December salary now its 8k jesus! Jesus!! I'm speechless .

this deduction is just too much. can someone who knows someone that knows someone in the ministry find out for us.. it is outrageous

That's why the educational system is falling. Money that is not enough to meet the demands of the worker is being deducted again and you expect the teacher to give all his best. I pity this country.

32k was deducted from my principal salary a level 14 civil servant what is happening in rivers state and Nigeria at large ? Oh! I hate this.

Someone told me today at school that the 4k is for pension and the 3k is TRCN yearly dues. It may be the other way round too o. If you have education qualification, please indicate if you had 7k deduction so we can try and do some categorization of pay

At the board today, many person were there to lay their complaints. They ask every one to write their name, computer no and amount deducted.
A little light was thrown on the deduction to be for; NUT, Pension, TRCN n housing fund contributions.
But they will rectify the variation@board/ministry. Correct expected deduction/month =7k.
Tight your belt guys.

Well i think the 4k is monthly . The 3k should be annually . However, only Feb salary will say which is which..

the N3k deduction is normal across all teachers not minding the grade level, non academic staff salaries were not deducted. It should be TRCN or NUT annual contributions, if you recall this is not the first time they are making such deduction and is done once a year. if the amount deducted is more than 3k then go for clarification
