My brother it is a normal thing for everyone that is not brainwashed by science. Its instincts directly from the sub-conscious mind, from the right brain, raw straight from nature. People don't understand this 'calling' of a thing. Everybody is called but few are chosen. You can decide to open a ministry, and if that works for you, then fine. If not, your calling might just be helping others without erecting a building. All in all, it's still a call. We have have different capacity of calling, not necessarily being a Pastor on the pulpit.

God doesn't call out these so-called 'Pastors' audibly. They make it sound as if God called them with a microphone. But no, it doesn't work that way.
