I bet to disagree with you. The dollars has always been made available but a few persons hoard it for personal and selfish reasons. Even our commercial banks will claim its no available but yet sell in bulk to BDC/black market people with huge return. This has been the issue right from the inception of this current government.

The Top 3 consumers of dollars in Nigeria are Dangote (65%), Otedola (25%) and others (8%) the rest of us (2%) when that happens - Naira will crash like a drunk prostitute.. Wait till dollars hits a low ebb possibly N450-$1 then buy like a desperado. by May ending dollars will be firmly rising at $650.
