Funny thing is that Boko Haram people are never arrested. Only South-East and South-South people get arrested for crimes against the state. |

The silence of this current administration is really terrible. I remember sa deporting nigerians during gej era, and gej blocked all flights from south africa from coming to nigeria. Its like this government cares nothing about nigerians. Seriously. 1 Like |

All countries practice protectionism, it is only here in Nigeria that our naïve Government openly give foreigners undue privileges. It is only in Nigeria, Expats earn 2-3 times more than their Nigerian counterparts. It is only in Nigeria that Expats are allowed to work in our critical infrastructural facility without so much as vetting. It is only in Nigeria that foreign company maltreats Nigerian local and pay them peanuts and still threaten them in their own country. This govt. must exhaust all diplomatic, economic and political means to bring about a lasting solution to these seemingly re-occurring xenophobic attacks on her citizens living in SA. First call the SA ambassador to explain what her Govt. is doing to secure Nigerians and her businesses. 2. Through, him send a strong diplomatic cable that such will state unambiguously that any form of attack on her citizens will not be tolerated and we will use all means to ensure that families, persons, business and property are fully compensated. In addition to the above, we should show greater care for Nigerians enslaved in their own countries by multinationals, be it in Oil and gas, manufacturing or any other places. 1. First ensure that, all Expats in Nigeria are made to undergo compulsory registration with their wages vetted. 2. Make sure those working in Critical national infrastructures are licensed, vetted and restricted to area of employment. 3. Ensure payment are made in local banks, and I dear say Local currency, of any dollar equivalent agreed on, they can initiate repatriation of fund via swift transfer when and how they like. That's why Expat working in the country and making their livelihood here for the past 10years don't know the name of the local currency. 4. Make sure they are required to spend one night on resumption and on duty rest in the country to boost hotel utilization and local tourism. 5. Ensure accountability of the security for all, so they are free to walk around, trade and shop. 6. Slap all Multinationals with an embargo to pay all foreigners less than their Nigeria counterpart, and ensure they report to Nigerians only. That way capacity is built, knowledge is transferred and respect for her citizens is obtained. 7. Commission the Ministry of Labour to draft a standardize payment scale and contract agreement for all foreign owned companies in the country. This agreement must be used by all employers of Nigeria Labour, and should be enforced for all skilled and unskilled labour, specialist and professionals employed by these companies. If they are not ready they can quit as so many people will line up to tap the market size. Do these and see a change in the country. Osinbanjo please implement, alatul alatul and thank me later, when you see the smiles on the face of the country man. 1 Like |

Lmao, someone leaves Nigeria to become a prison inmate in another man's land. I got no sympathy whatsoever for those mugus. For nigerians living in SA, it is apparent that some of them went there to engage in criminal activities. They should fish them out and hand them over to the authorities.only them will you started seeing well meaning south africans rise up to defend their rights. If the nigerian community cant put its house in order, the should leave the place. 1 Like 1 Share |

ZombieKilla:True that, Nigeria is a zoo, a failed state, ruled by wicked, satanic, corrupt, inept, blood sucking useless leaders from the deepest part of hell, leaders who care only for themselves, family members, associates but leave the masses to be in depression , hunger, endless pain and frustration, it is better to be a 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5th class citizen in a saner country and you are guaranteed the basic necessitities of life, with opportunity to be who you are destined to be than to be a Nigerian 1 Like |

I don't like Jonathan but I honestly like the way his administration reacted to this same xenophobic problem during his time. He humbled the South African government. They were on their kneels begging Nigeria. The present administration is just useless ! Whatever they are claiming to be doing regarding this issue is not working; Nigerians and other Africans are still being attacked. I personally find it quite painful and distasteful that while those Imbeciles (south africans) are maiming and killing Nigerians, our government has not deem it fit to take concrete step to put an end to all this. I expect this government to issue an ultimatum to South African government to produce all the perpetrators of that heinous crime for possible prosecution and with a srong warning that failure to do it will attract immediate retaliatory measures. All South Africans are goats; nobody dialogues with goat. The day Nigerians start attacking South Africans-both white and Black- and their interests in this country,it is going to be total and veryr, very brutal. If they don't want Nigerians in their country, they should deport them peacefully in stead of these senseless and cowardly attacks. |

From most comments, is like nigerians promote crime in SA, especially from nigerians in SA, The culture of nigeria is totally different compare to the one of SA, Now I am not surprise why you don't arrest boko haram members after so many killings in your country, But you want to lecture SA how to handle its internal matters, If you are good like you claim, arrest Boko Haram members , I will start to respect you You failed to solve boko haram problem, because of this bad attitude among yourself You must start to correct yourself, before you start to talk too much on this forum |
