It all depends on how you plan to manage yourself. You can be earning as low as 40k in Abuja and be fine.

Accomodation: You can get cheaper ones around Galadimawa, Mpape, Nyayan, Jahi , Wuye, Kubwa, etc.

Transportation: Don't attempt to enter 'pick and drop' cabs porpularly know as 'drop'. There are ways you can enter 'along' or bus....depending on you area. Don't be too big to trek short distances.

Feeding: This can axe all your 40k in less than a week if you are not careful. Don't buy food @ eatries(at least for now). Go to market and get foodstuffs, so that you will not keep spending unnecessarily.

1759: If you like flexing, reduce it. Your salary for a whole can finish in one night. You can manage can beers/drink....for now. You are man, you should know better.

the 30k is not every month Na..the remaining 11 months will definitely differ.. another way of cutting cost is merging with someone and paying the rent like 15k+15k,feeding & bills. the only left to do as an individual is T-fare.the word merge should be a familiar one for MMM participants

JOBLESS people also live in Abuja. The most important thing is accommodation, when you have it for free, 20k is enough monthly.

If you have a regular income/salary of 40k, you can definitely survive Abuja, Lagos, PH, Kano etc. All depends on planning!!!
You know your income: go for your level. Make sacrifices when necessary and you will have enough. In fact, you will be surprised that you make some savings at the end of the month.

(1) find a creative way of living within your means and be contented with what you have (2) stay away from prostitutes, cigarettes, indian hemps, hard drugs, alcohol and anything/anybody that drains you financially without harding any real value to your life (3) try to cook more of your food yourself rather than eating in restaurants all the time

almost all eastern europe! Ukrain, Russia, lithuania, estonia, sabia, kosovo, albania, kanzastan, geogia. D list are endless. When talking about europe its only western europe are scandinavia are better, the rest are hell hole of a country.

I earn 40k and i live in Abj but i am gonna show you how i survive.
1. I dont compare myself with other people
2. I stay at Jahi very close to my workplace and my annual rent is 100k (very conducive environment though i'm lucky in this aspect)
3. TP to my work place to and fro is #200 and as such #4,800 in a month i work for six days in a week
4 I buy foodstuff and other miscellaneous expenses of 10k to 15k depending on what is not available per month ( But i must confess that things are very difficult now with the daily hike in the prices of food stuff so i had to spend more to around 20k now per month.)
5. i save about 15 to 20k monthly from wich i pay my rent whenever it is due but i am really looking for a better pay Job to save decently so i can marry
