Is it compulsory you lodge your application with statement of account if you are applying with dependent, even if it's an AL1 university, or you only provide if you are asked for it.

Doesn't matter.

And the medicals is not for pregnancy but For communicable diseases.

Not bad but you will need lots of proofs for admission and visa to convince them that you are genuine with your intentions.

[quote author=folashade3272 post=55041392]please can someone ans this questions

i wish to change my career to nursing, i have bsc in physic already i will like to apply for bsc in nursing for july intake. am 30 years i want to know my chance of admission and visa grant.

can i file together with my husband and son?

we have 20m in our sponsor account

thanks [/quote

Your visa grant depends on your ability to convince the Case officer of your reason for career change, if you're planning to change to NUrsing, I'd advise you apply for the Master Of Nursing Practice (Univ of New England has an October entry, Edith Cowan and some other universities offer this course. It is a graduate entry option into nursing for people with non nursing qualifications(although they do accept people with non Australian nursing qualifications too) , graduates of this course are eligible to register with ANMAC-Australia Nursing & Midwifery ........body .
PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE ARE SOME UNIS THAT OFFER THE MASTER OF NURSING COURSE WHICH DOESNT LEAD TO REGISTRATION WITH ANMAC,SO PLEASE read the details of the course very well before applying

when I last checked, universities offering the master of nursing practice( course name varies) --i.e graduate entry nursing that leads to ANMAC registration include:
Monash
Univ Of Queensland#
Curtin
UNE
UniMelbourne
Univ Sydney
UNE
ECU

There is a graduate entry option into nursing for people without a nursing qualification, how about trying that option instead? depending on your age, you may have a bigger fish to fry ( if you do not declare your previous bsc) in an attempt to explain the gaps (i.e what you were doing during the periods you were actually studying for your bsc pub admin , which I presume will be 4 years ? ) there are also graduate entry options into social work you may wish to consider that as well

thank you sir and God bless you.

sorry to bother you but i have few questions to ask again.
so one who goes for diploma too will not be given a 2yrs graduate visa?the mba has not been giving yet. we are just looking for cheaper fees

No diploma is not inclusive. Sorry

Another is,how can one who has a bsc in public administration study bsc nursing since no background of sciences. does it mean writing another WAEC?

Don't inform them you already have a degree in public admin otherwise you may find it hard securing admission with the school. Just enrol as a freshman. And NO i dont think you need to rewrite a waec.

tbanks.

They can't know that you have been refused if you don't tell them. I know people will contest this but I have many experiences on visa applications. There are loads of people deported from London that got USA visas etc.

As you have been denied by another country, it will surely limit your chances.you can include it and put all the evidences from canada embassy. Meanwhile your application will be thoroughly scrutinised so I will advise you provide them all your supporting documents a very good sop.

It depends on the case officer, he or she might be impressed that you opened up or he or she might increase scepticism towards to your application.

Pray.

The people you are referring to, was it pre or post biometric era? the introduction of biometrics by most countries(last 6-7 yearish) makes it easier (literally the click of a button) to detect migration fraud, so if Canada has your bio-metrics and you refused to declare that you had been refused by Canada, supposing DIBP decides to check randomly, what happens?
In my opinion, it pays to be truthful. Moreover, the thing most of us forget is that when we indulge in such shady practices, we spoil it for others, how? because this could attract unnecessary scrutiny for applications from Nigeria.

I strongly advise against putting false /misleading information in visa applications. Just be truthful and then pray !

Check what randomly ?

I am 100% certain.

How will they check ?

They will send your biometrics to where ?

Deportees from UK and other European countries are getting visas to Australia, Canada and USA.

I am not supporting people being fraudulent or whatever but one embassy won't know you have been refused by the other unless you have their stamp or you inform them.

For the record, the only central information for migration purpose is the UN Asylum and refugee database.

Yes you can even call them if it is taking too long.

I advise people to only contact embassies if resumption is very close and nothing from them.

Only provide when asked. If you read this thread thoroughly there are folks that got visas with their spouse to AL1 schools without statement.

This is wrong and misleading. Embassies share info and will know when you have been refused by other embassies.
