JideSM please I am kind of sad now, I went to your office to swap my sim that is working perfectly to nano sim and the lady told me everything is fine now that I can now use the sim, immediately my old micro sim stop working and I am expecting the nano sim they gave to me to start working as well. On getting home now, I inserted the sim to my phone and it Is more than 40minute now there is no network on the sim.... I have tried switching it off and on and it is still the samething...please what is going on becos the lady that did the sim swap for me told me it will start working immediately... please I am expecting a lot of important call now..

JideSM good evening, i made a recharge of #400 on my line this evening only for me to receive a message that #100 for Game+ weekly had been deducted the message included a stop to 2200 to cancel it which I sent. I felt the #100 was no big deal then I switched off and on my phone again only for me to find another deduction on my line for the same thing I just unsubscribe from. I didn't even subscribe to it in the first place but the first deduction didn't mean much as it might happen sometimes but then why the second, does that mean whenever I switch off and on my phone another #100 will be deducted? Please do something about this and a refund will be most appreciated. My number is 08106082475.

I am sorry you experienced such issue. You have been refunded N100 back to your line for the deduction. Also there is a caller tune on your line, that is still active on your line pending your confirmation that you do not want such.

Wow, You're doing a great job, thank you. I know about the caller tune, it's not a problem. I was skeptical about any refund in the first place but this has cleared the doubts. Gracias.

There is a service which is active on your line which has been deactivated. Also there is a Qrios service active on your line, but there was no charge for the service

Hey Jide... pls do you think it possible for an MTN sim only used for data hence without contacts and is without a SIM pack (cus I cant find it) to be swapped succesfuly? I inserted my sim haven bought a recharge card for it and it refused registering on the network showing a red "x" on the network bar... meanwhile it was perfect the previous day

Hello JideSM, I observed I wasn't given 1.5gb Device bonus, when I subscribed for monthly data using *131*106#
I was just given 1.5gb (Main data) for 1k.

That's unusual, please explain.

Hello JIDESM, anytime I subscribed for the night plan around 3 am , u guys will deduct the #25 and I won't be able to use the data at all.... Sometimes I will switch off my phone and on it but it's still the same thing.....This has happened like 4 times dis year....... Anytime I call d customer care they will tell me dat I was ae to use the data which I did not.........

Thanks for your effort bro... seeing my SIM appears OK on your system I think I should mention that I noticed a crack on the chip which I believe makes the SIM unable to work hence my first question about the posibiaility of succesfuly swapping it.

The Extra time fee was borrowed. Please if you check closely there are other deductions that involved #50.

Also if I have any subscription that is on, kindly help unsubscribe it.
