If you are to pay after the visa is out its worth trying but be careful and ask him some serious question to avoid stories that touch

you still have like 10months let on your passport bro, so nothing do you, go ahead and apply for your visa. I think should minimum of 6month let on your passport before it expired....

Many things are relatively cheap like rice,chicken, sunflower oil etc so it depends on how often you eat but if you decide to cook then its better. If you decide to go for African dishes then you will spend too much.
