The video review is usually the last resort. If the referee is undecided he seeks the opinion of the assistant refs. And if they too are not decided they call for a video review.

In a situation where the ref is very sure of an action he does not need to consult the assistant refs not to talk of the video replay.

If for every contentious issue you call for video replay it is going to distort the flow of the game, waste more time and even bore the viewers/crowd.
It is clearly political. I remember the club wc when Ramos was to get a second yellow and Casemiro ran and took the card, that was a major moment in the game and i was overlooked. It was clear that Japan had the stadium filled up and the refs on the field and on VAR chickened out. The fact that a penalty was given in the next match proves my point.

Noah Sarenren Bazee back in the matchday squad as he is a sub (on the bench) in Hannover's ongoing game in bundesliga 2 against Sandhausen.

Simy Nwankwo plays 33mins as Crotone go down to Juve in the Serie A.

Exclusive: Nigeria U17 Trainee Agrees Scholarship Deal With AFC Wimbledon

Allnigeriasoccer.com understands that ex-Golden Eaglets trainee Edward Ogbebor-Onaiwu has ended speculation about his future after accepting a scholarship deal from League One club AFC Wimbledon.

The goalkeeper was offered the new deal in March and his agent had been thrashing out terms with The Dons before he finally accepted to sign the contract.

Ogbebor-Onaiwu joined AFC Wimbledon in October 2016 and made his debut for the U18 squad the following month in a 3-0 win over Gillingham, where he played for 90 minutes and posted a shutout.

The 16-year-old is expected to be the first choice goalkeeper for the U18s in the 2017-2018 campaign while trying to compete for a place in the U23 team.

A product of the academy teams of Crystal Palace and Charlton Athletic, he trained with the Nigeria U17 national team in 2016.

See eeh, when a person doesn't like you no matter how great you are they will never be satisfied with you. It breaks my heart when I see what that phony pep guadiola is doing with Iheanacho.
I have said it here before, pep guadiola is prejudice against AFRICANS. That spanish prick will go to any length to prove how much he hates AFRICAN players...Nobody can prove otherwise. There is no way you can tell me Iheanacho is not more clinical than Jesus in from of the goal but he never given our boy a chance to even prove himself. He killed him psychologically something white people know how to do very well if you ever work with them. Its so bad that Nacho who will all know as a correct ball juggler could not even trap a dank ball. guadiola is evil !!! I can wait for Iheanacho to get the help out of that Nazi gathering.

Presumption without substance, silence does not necessarily equate to consent.

Before Etebo had smelled national team set up I was already clamouring for him to come to Europe. However, some may think it is tribal sentiment.

After Sunday Mba's exploits at AFCON 2013 I was in discussion with a EPL club to bring him here.

I withdrew from those pursuits of which money was not my main motivating factor. The Sharks around these guys made it difficult for progress to be made, I withdrew.

I probably know a lot more Nigerian national coaches and internationals on personal level than you can imagine.

I am not sentimentality biased in the name of misguided patriotism to just big up a player because he is Nigerian. Furthermore I do not discriminate Nigerian is Nigerian whether born in Kano or London.

What is the unit of measurement for excellence Back to Isaac Success is it promising to deliver or actual delivery. So far irrespective of his huge price tag he has failed to deliver woefully. There is nothing biased about that just cold hard facts, the stats are there to see.

I have been a member of this thread long enough to describe each regular member's typical ideology of the game.

You are the type that does not believe any player that was developed in Nigeria is worth the while.

All your thoughts are Europe, England, Europe.

You recommended Etebo to come to Europe, I even thought you were going to say you recommended Etebo to any of the National teams.

On Isaac Success, no matter how bad his game is you cannot call him a waste pipe. I personally am disappointed in how his game has turned out due largely to injuries but I still see him as a valuable asset to the National team. His case always reminds of Danny Welbeck and Daniel Strurridge. Though injury prone but they are still assets to the English national team.

Isaac is not injury prone, Mazarri didn't fancy him and never gave him a chance.

in my own school and my faculty sha, you can see 107 and even 109 in one semester, only thing is that anything with 7 and 9 are usually elective courses eg in my 200level, you could either do LAW 207 or LAW 209

Isaac is not injury prone?

I know about Mazarri's issues with the way Isaac plays but come on we know Isaac is our 3rd most injury prone player. 1 and 2 are Ikeme and Balogun in that order.

He had a long spell out and the coach never gave him a chance when he returned. The coach was the one spreading lies about Isaac being injured.

We are both correct naa.... it differs for some schools. In schools like Unizik and Even Unimaid.... a few 107 courses are offered in second semester.

University of Maryland also have one or two or so 107 courses in second semester. If we do a thorough check on all schools, you will see that 107 and 101 are not always in same semester.

O pari (forgive me again Sir Icon79) grin

The good news is, most of our boys are getting minutes on this final day of the season:

Alex Iwobi is on for Arsenal giving a good account of himself.
Kelechi is getting some minutes for ManCity and he's putting in a good shift
And VicMo started for Chelsea as usual and he's putting on a show as always.

Yes oooo..... Chief.... thanks for the audience.

And plsss accept my condolences on Arsenal's failure to clinch Fourth place as usual this season. I believe You guys will be back stronger next season.... sad

My only concern is Iwobi will play Europa league which is okay considering Mikel and Moses have played and won it before... Nacho may not even play european football if he doesnt move to hoffenheim or dortmund or any team offering that..... well... All the best to the gunners.
