They will not be relegated. They have better technical quality than many championship sides.

That I agree, but not overwhelmingly better technically.

However, they are a lot slower in thier approach play and that coupled with the physicality may seem them come undone.

The championship is about the whole season being resilient and maintaining form, managing injuries from small squads.

Agbo has been enjoying regular call ups. He needs to really work harder as competition is getting stiffer even in the defensive midfield position. Mikel Agu is here. Some players may hardly get another chance if they fail to measure up with the competition.

Uche agbo is the first guy in the Eagles Camp.

Watching Chelsea win the EPL, I had a shiver just thinking about the day Nigeria wins the world cup. It would be a glorious day. I pray it comes soon.

Looolll.... miss road kwa.... cheesy

Anyway.... he is still with Hannover 96 (team of Noah Bazee) who just gained promotion to the bundesliga after placing second in bundesliga 2.

But Fabian Senninger featured mostly for Hannover 96 II (the second team of Hannover) in the German Amateur Regionalliga north in the just concluded season.

He contributed 2 goals in the league in 2,014 mins of football (in 22 starts and 6 sub apps). He wears the no.2 jersey for Hannover 96 II and played mostly as a right back even though he can play left back also as he is two footed but right is his prime stronger foot.

Hope that will do.... smiley

Realistically in 2022. But anything can happen.

account suspended.. this is a disgrace oh..

Meanwhile, I think the realistic results across Nigeria on Sunday may be due to the recent resolution made by the LMC and representative of the clubs to tackle home crowd trouble. Referees are beginning to feel safer. Maybe oh.

Ifeanyi Ubah FC has been unbeaten in seven straight matches. The only club in the NPFL to achieve that feat.

well you might be right. But one thing that i'm sure is that the numbers of away wins will reduce and hey don't think i'm been pessimistic it's just the truth.

I wasn't even suprised with the result cos it was an expected one. Reason because the league has just resumed and the players are refreshed.

Crowd violence is not the major cause of away loss or draws we do see across all venues(north, central, south, east and west) as 'most' crowd violence is known to come from the north.

This numbers you see will begin to reduce when fatigue starts to set in as the league progresses most likely in the next 3-4wks.

The rigor in which these players undergo is overwhelming. Imagine a team in lagos that just played on sunday traveling to maiduguri/kano to play on wednesday by ROAD... What miracle do you want them to do there. We shouldn't be expecting any different result as long as these teams keep travelling long distances by road.

The NNL has greatly improved in term of result been churned out weekly simply because of the regional system(norther and southern conferences) been used-sir Dannycrusoe can attest to this. The proximity of venues has greatly help these players to stay fresh for a long time.

No sane host crowd will interfere with the match when they see their guest outplaying and scoring them.

I agree there are other factors.. The MLS as well is devided into two conferences. I think it would be good for the NPFL. Then we can have a super 6 to decide the league winner etc

why can't club sides travel way ahead of their fixture?

GENT'S TROOST-EKONG PLEASED WITH EUROPA LEAGUE FINISH
By Gbenga Adewoye

Not minding their defeat to Club Brugge, the Buffalos got a Europa League ticket for their efforts and the Nigerian is satisfied with that

William Troost-Ekong is delighted that Gent sealed a place in next season's Europa League despite bowing 2-1 to Belgian topflight runners-up, Club Brugge on Sunday.

Goals from Wesley and Hans Vanaken powered Michel Preud'homme past the Buffalos who got their consolation through Kenneth Saief at Jan Breydel Stadium to end the season on a high after conceding the title to Anderlecht.

The Nigerian was on parade for the entire duration of the game for his eight appearance for Hein Vanhaezebrouck after his move from Haugesund.

The defeat ensured they finished third on the log with 41 points – to earn a place in next season’s Europa League.
Even at this, the defender is pleased with his side’s performance, while acknowledging the support support they got.

“We fought for more today but happy with our 3rd place and Europa League for next season. Thanks for all your support this season,”Troost-Ekong twitted.

Troost-Ekong is expected to team up with the Nigeria national team on Tuesday for their international friendlies against Togo and Corsica billed for France.

Should he put up a good display, he could get an invite from Gernot Rohr for June’s Africa Cup of Nations qualifying clash against South Africa.

Well Sir, The work permit rule has many facets now and already we know he won't get in thru the international games requirements route. So his transfer fee route, league involvement with former club route and more will come into play. This is his second full season in Europe and he was involved in more than 50% of Eupen's games and finished as one of the top 2 scorers in a decent league like Belgium.... so all these will contribute to the points system the English FA and permit home office will use to access the Onyekuru deal.

It is kinda not straightforward really as Onyekuru is not an EEA-player or is he? But his chances of a work permit are kinda bright... But I hope this Arsenal talk is not just talks....

yes dat's what de do.
Don't forget the means of transportation de often use is road. They spend hours like 7-9 hours in some cases they'll have to spend a night to rest before resuming their journey the following day.e.g lag to kano is more than 12-15hours drive(moving on poor roads) putting in mind that the gaps between these fixtures are barely up to 3days...
