U say there arent major insustries in Kenya, yet it even refines oil for export even though it produces non, unlike Nigeria which imports refined oil, yet it is a major producer of crude oil.

70,000 barrels per day is the capacity of Kenyans refinery. If you tell me that is enough for Kenya then it means you guys are excluding 2/3 of Kenyans from Kenya just like you do on electricity.

That will only produce less than 2.5 million liters of fuel per day. Nigeria consumes about 40 million liters per day so divide that by 4 we should expect Kenya to have almost 10 million liters per day capacity on the average.
